Role: Technical Trainer / IT Trainer Experience: 1.5+ years Location: Permanent Work From Home Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver engaging training programs on emerging technologies. You will create hands-on learning experiences tailored to students, professionals, and corporate teams, ensuring they gain practical expertise in cutting-edge tech. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, instructional excellence, and a passion for mentorship. Key Responsibilities Training & Content Development:Develop and deliver interactive training programs on AI, ML, IoT, Full Stack Development, and more.Design engaging materials such as presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring an interactive learning environment.Technology & Industry Expertise:Stay updated with AI, ML, IoT, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, and other key areas.Integrate new advancements into training programs to maintain relevance.Customize training modules based on audience needs (students, professionals, corporate teams).Participant Mentorship & Support:Assess individual learning needs and adapt training methods accordingly.Provide post-training support to help participants apply their skills in real-world scenarios.Act as a mentor and guide, ensuring high adoption rates of new technologies.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and corporate teams to refine training content.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and engagement levels.Continuously enhance training strategies to maximize participant success. Qualifications And Skills Required Technical Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, Technical Trainer, or IT Educator.Expertise in two or more of the following domains:Programming Languages: Java, Python, PHP, C++, .Net CoreFrameworks/Stacks: MERN, MEAN, Django, Laravel, Angular, React JSEmerging Technologies: AI, ML, Deep Learning, IoT, Cybersecurity, Data ScienceCloud & DevOps: AWS, DevOps tools, WordPress, Magento, ShopifyMobile Development: Flutter, iOS, Android, Ionic, IoT appsProfessional Skills:Strong understanding of technology trends & real-world applications.Experience delivering technical training programs with measurable outcomes.Exceptional presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.Ability to break down complex concepts for diverse audiences.Hands-on experience with Data Structures & Algorithms, Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity is a plus.Additional Qualifications:Teaching certification or formal training experience is highly desirable.Proven ability to develop curricula and create engaging learning experiences.A passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners to success.Strong classroom management & engagement skills for both virtual and in-person sessions.
