Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to Clinical Engineering and Biomedical teams
- Train nurse call installers on configuration and troubleshooting procedures
- Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technical issue resolution
- Develop onboarding and ongoing training for internal roles
- Ensure internal teams are aligned with current product standards
- Maintain and improve training materials and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience delivering technical training in healthcare technology or clinical systems
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting in clinical environments
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in field service and clinical operations
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% for training
