About the role

Onsite position in Bloomfield, CT (06002) for a Technical Test Lead focused on automated testing and test automation framework design, specifically for Functional PEGA Testing. This is a 12-month contract role with a target start date of August 10, 2026.

Must-have skills and experience

• Functional PEGA application testing
• Automation framework design and development for web applications and RESTful APIs
• Automation testing, regression suite development, and test execution optimization
• API testing, service validation, and integration testing across enterprise applications
• Test environment management, test data strategy, and release validation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications and RESTful APIs
• Execute automation testing, regression suite development, test execution optimization, and QE best practices
• Perform hands-on API testing, service validation, and integration testing across enterprise applications
• Manage test environments, test data strategy, and release validation processes
• Conduct cloud-based application testing, CI/CD integration, and shift-left quality practices
• Work with MongoDB for backend validation, data verification, PEGA app testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with development teams on Golang-based applications and microservices architecture
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation acceleration, release stability, and timely delivery
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance test coverage and reduce production defects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of minimum experience required
