Technical Test Lead | Automated Testing | Test automation framework design

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Test Lead for a hybrid work setup in Richardson, TX. This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, targeting a start date of July 16, 2026.

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of QA Automation experience with strong coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java
• Hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium automation framework
• Strong experience in API testing
• Proven ability to write and optimize simple to complex SQL queries
• Extensive experience testing and validating various APIs
• Proficiency in creating test cases, executing tests, and defect tracking using JIRA
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to JIRA and Agile project delivery methodologies
• Experience with managed account platforms and model delivery processes
• Prior experience in advisory or wealth management domains (mandatory)
• Managed Account Experience is highly preferred

Qualifications
