Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts
  • Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals
  • Strong understanding of hospital laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
  • Experience in Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, or Autoimmunity markets
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, CE marking, ISO standards)
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities

Pay

Schedule

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
