Technical Talent Attraction Partner (Contractor)

About the role
This is a 6-month contract role based in a hub office, requiring in-office presence 3-5 days a week. You’ll attract and engage top engineering talent, conduct deep competency-based assessments, and build long-term candidate relationships to enrich our talent pools.
Responsibilities
- Attract and engage candidates from all channels, including inbound applicants, internal talent, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts.
- Conduct deep, competency-based assessments to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure the highest quality talent.
- Build and nurture strong candidate relationships for immediate and future hiring needs, enriching talent pools within our CRM for effective long-term engagement.
- Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, who will then match, coach, and advocate candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing Software Engineers, with a focus on Distributed Systems, Backend AI/ML Infrastructure, and Full-Stack Engineering talent.
- Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
- Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams.
- Passion for sourcing strategies, tools, and innovative approaches to attracting talent.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to translate insights into deep, competency-based assessments of talent.

Pay
The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, as applicable.
