About the role
The Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in the context of compensation and HR technology. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation systems and their integration with HR technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing compensation and HR systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the alignment between compensation practices and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation systems with HR technology solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff on compensation system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and HR technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation systems analysis and implementation.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
