Technical Support Training Program

Role Overview: This position involves providing intensive job training and skill development for young adults through a structured program. Participants receive in-classroom training, internship opportunities, personalized coaching, and mentorship, along with an educational stipend. Responsibilities: Facilitate technical and professional training in areas such as Banking, Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Project Management, Network Security & Support, and Customer Success. Support participants in developing professional skills, including communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building. Assist students in securing internships at leading organizations and provide ongoing guidance to help launch their careers. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, U.S. work eligibility, motivation to learn, and absence of a Bachelor’s degree. Ability to commit to the program schedule. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Key Duties: Deliver training sessions, support student development, coordinate internship placements, and provide mentorship. Track student progress and facilitate connections with industry partners to enhance employment and educational opportunities.
