Provide guidance on resume building, interview techniques, and networking. Assist participants in securing internships with leading organizations and support their career launch. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the U.S., motivation to learn, and availability Monday to Friday. Strong communication, professional skills, and eagerness to gain technical expertise are essential. Key Duties: Deliver in-depth training, offer personalized coaching, and support internship placement. Help participants succeed in their career development journey and maximize employment or educational opportunities after program completion.
