Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and incoming channels
- Provide technical product information and application guidance
- Absorb and assist customers in selecting appropriate products or solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions offered
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain product knowledge through training and self-directed learning
- Support sales efforts through consultative, solution-oriented customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and product applications
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior inside sales or technical support experience preferred, but not required
