Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and incoming channels
  • Provide technical product information and application guidance
  • Absorb and assist customers in selecting appropriate products or solutions
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions offered
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain product knowledge through training and self-directed learning
  • Support sales efforts through consultative, solution-oriented customer service

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts and product applications
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior inside sales or technical support experience preferred, but not required
