Technical Support Specialist
About the role
The role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone/chat. Chat channels provide technology support for up to 2 clients simultaneously. Client Care is our top priority.
Responsibilities
- Excellent client care, phone/chat support, strong communication, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, SharePoint, VPN/Citrix, and basic hardware/software issues.
- Experience documenting incidents clearly, managing multiple chat/call requests simultaneously, prioritizing workload, and using ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira).
Requirements
- Technology Call Center and/or Customer Service experience 1 to 2+ years.
- Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of problems and incidents.
- Hardware Support - Windows 10/11, Software - MS Office suite, Office 365, SharePoint, Skype Network - Citrix, VPN, Cisco AnyConnect ITSM Remedy (not essential).
Qualifications
In-house technical training will be provided backed up with real time support from peers and subject matter experts which is for initial 5 weeks all fully onsite.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $17 - $19 per hour

Monday to Friday, Standard working hours
