Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to dealers, installers, and customers regarding product lines
- Troubleshoot complex field issues involving track configurations, spring sets, and operating hardware
- Interpret architectural or mechanical specifications to recommend correct product hardware setups
- Guide field technicians through installation challenges and hardware troubleshooting via phone or email
- Cross-sell across various product lines, maximizing sales opportunities
- Manage high-volume calls efficiently, addressing both customer inquiries and technical support needs
- Support administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the garage door industry
- Experience in upselling or inside sales is a plus
- Service-side experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
