Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to dealers, installers, and customers regarding product lines
  • Troubleshoot complex field issues involving track configurations, spring sets, and operating hardware
  • Interpret architectural or mechanical specifications to recommend correct product hardware setups
  • Guide field technicians through installation challenges and hardware troubleshooting via phone or email
  • Cross-sell across various product lines, maximizing sales opportunities
  • Manage high-volume calls efficiently, addressing both customer inquiries and technical support needs
  • Support administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the garage door industry
  • Experience in upselling or inside sales is a plus
  • Service-side experience is highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
