The C.A.R.E. Wellness Center is a 501(c)3‑approved nonprofit founded in 2020, based in Washington state, dedicated to creating safe, holistic spaces for people of color and allies to retreat and combat the effects of Post‑Traumatic Slave Syndrome through spirituality, agro‑tourism, and racial justice. Its mission is to provide a safe farm stay, holistic retreat, and wellness programs for BIPOC community and allies, fostering inclusion and self‑actualization. The Technical Support Manager is a volunteer role reporting to the CEO, based at various sites in Olympia, Washington, with hours Monday‑through‑Friday, 10 am‑2 pm PST. The position provides essential technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software, manages the IT team, responds to user queries, runs diagnostics, isolates problems, implements solutions, and supports virtual and in‑person events requiring video, audio, or graphic presentation.
