About the role
Join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment supporting a major workstation refresh and end-user technology deployment initiative.
Responsibilities
- Configure, image, and deploy 60–80 desktop and laptop systems
- Perform workstation setup, software installation, and basic system configuration
- Transfer user data from legacy devices to new systems
- Install and support Microsoft Office, Citrix, printers, and related peripherals
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues involving hardware, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and connectivity
- Maintain clean, organized workstation installations with proper cable management
- Document and manage support requests using ServiceNow
- Provide basic end-user guidance during equipment rollouts and installations
Requirements
Experience with desktop, laptop, or workstation deployments in a professional environment
Familiarity with Active Directory user administration and account support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Citrix, and printer installations
Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and peripheral issues
Able to manage repetitive technical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
