About the role
Assists the professional staff with the daily handling of equipment needs in the OR environment. Coordinates PMIs and repairs with appropriate disciplines. Sets up and checks patient equipment prior to case starts. Transfers and positions the patient under the direction of the surgeon. Scrubs in to hold cameras, limbs, and retractors, under the direction of the surgeon.
This is not an information technology position.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Stealth Navigation Training Course (Required)
- Davinci Robotic training (Required)
- PeopleSoft training class (Required)
- O-Arm training (Required)
- Sterile Technique training with the OR educator (Required)
- Experience in the OR (Preferred)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire (Required)
