Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Indirect tax determination and compliance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate tax requirements into functional solutions
• Configure and maintain OneSource Indirect Tax Determination to support indirect tax scenarios (Sales Tax, VAT, GST)
• Support integration activities between OneSource and ERP systems as needed.
• Document key functional decisions and configuration details to support testing, deployment, and future enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, create test cases, execute UAT, and support defect resolution
• Analyze tax calculation issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure tax configuration aligns with local country regulations and compliance requirements
• Provide support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Successful completion of the IBM Apprenticeship Program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of integration touchpoints between SAP, Other Internal apps and tax engines
• Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
• Understanding of Indirect tax concepts (Sales Tax, VAT, GST)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience working with SAP modules such as SAP FI and/or SAP SD
