Responsibilities
- Investigate manufacturing non-conformances and plan corrective action procedures.
- Identify new processes and technology to improve productivity.
- Research manufacturing data and reports to determine causes of plant non-conformances and rejections.
- Initiate manufacturing and process improvements to enhance plant performance.
- Prepare capital equipment requests for replacement and new equipment purchases.
- Identify safety and environmental issues and develop new testing equipment/technology for process improvement.
- Coordinate inter-plant activities to improve overall production performance.
- Maintain awareness of safe work practices and prevent unsafe situations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years direct manufacturing experience.
- Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
