Responsibilities

  • Investigate manufacturing non-conformances and plan corrective action procedures.
  • Identify new processes and technology to improve productivity.
  • Research manufacturing data and reports to determine causes of plant non-conformances and rejections.
  • Initiate manufacturing and process improvements to enhance plant performance.
  • Prepare capital equipment requests for replacement and new equipment purchases.
  • Identify safety and environmental issues and develop new testing equipment/technology for process improvement.
  • Coordinate inter-plant activities to improve overall production performance.
  • Maintain awareness of safe work practices and prevent unsafe situations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years direct manufacturing experience.
  • Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office.
