Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for real estate development projects
- Manage the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of properties
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development or management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
