Technical Sourcer, Product Management - San Jose (Third-party Associate)

About the Team

The TikTok Global Monetization Product Team builds innovative advertising and e-commerce products that drive revenue and create value for global creators and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations.
• Support various hiring projects, including strategizing sourcing talent pipeline via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting.
• Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media or technical forums.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Product Management roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
• Passion for the industry and demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Hourly rate range: $30 – $50. Placement in the range depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
