Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Previous technical recruiting/sourcing experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and market trends.
- Participate in intake meetings and recruitment planning discussions.
- Provide sourcing insights and talent market intelligence to hiring strategies.
