Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral alignment.
- Strong tech and industry knowledge, enabling you to understand relevant skills and identify key companies within the sector.
- Outstanding consultative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working on Manager and Leadership-level hires for technical requisitions.
- Bonus points for experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions, background working for a recruiting agency, extensive in-house sourcing experience, and direct experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
