Technical Solutions Manager (Texas)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Trouble Shooting Flexo and Litho Ink Products
• Sales support regarding product selection, test runs, account transitions
• Support and help grow consumable product sales
• Customer training programs
• Data collection, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years minimum experience in printing industry

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of litho, flexo printing processes
• Experience with oil based, energy curable, solvent and water based inks and coatings
• Proficiency in Color Measurement hardware and software (X-Rite iQC, IFS, ColorCertCurve, pressSIGNTechkon Calibri, ChromaQA)
• Excellent interpersonal, math, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meetings
• Able to plan and organize and complete tasks independently

Working Conditions

• Ability to travel > 50% of a month
• Valid passport required with no restrictions for international travel
