Technical Solution Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects.
  • Define, shape, and drive product and technology roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Create fast and effective solutions to address issues as they arise.
  • Document all aspects of work and present progress to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Create and manage program plans, including goals, scope, schedule, and resources.
  • Align program objectives with the company's strategic goals.
  • Establish project tasks, milestones, and assign responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to meet program objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement in project management practices.
  • Facilitate communication and processes between IT and business teams.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple groups.
  • Balance member, business, and technical goals with available resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work/education experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, business analysis, or system analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technology and business partners.
  • Advanced experience with Scaled Agile software development processes.
  • Prominent success in leading and directing teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Ability to empathize with and articulate user needs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision to meet business objectives.
  • Advanced skills in tools such as Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, and Visio for documenting workflows and data mapping.
  • Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, and Tableau.
  • Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflow tools.
