We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who is committed to driving team success, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an on call role with work schedule operations Sunday-Friday 8PM-630AM; these hours are subject to change. Ideal candidate will come from a leadership background who is able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment. This role is an ONSITE role in Fort Huachuca, AZ, must be local to area to be considered. Job Duties Oversee daily operations and ensure all team service level agreements are consistently metMaintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team cultureProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to team membersDevelop and implement strategies to enhance overall team performanceCommunicate effectively with departments, stakeholders, and leadershipManage time recording and time keeping requirementsPrepare and analyze daily and weekly reportsDemonstrate strong attention to detail and a goal‑driven approachSIPR Support at Fort Huachuca Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Education And Experience Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience; Years of experience in Lieu of degree to be reviewed.Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership roleStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsExcellent problem‑solving abilities and sound decision‑making capabilityAbility to motivate, inspire, and guide team membersMust have SIPR AccessAvailability for 24x7 on‑call supportAbility to work a 9+ hour shift Subject matter expertise with AESMP, including reports and lists, dashboards, accounts, and related functions Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
