Technical Services & Sustainability Operation (TSSO) Sales Executive

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Technical Services & Sustainability Operation (TSSO) Sales Executive to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within assigned existing client accounts and pursue new business opportunities
• Meet or exceed assigned annual revenue quotas and margins
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of TSSO opportunities
• Lead pricing strategy development for competitive positioning
• Participate in contract negotiations and risk management

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent required
• 5 years of TSSO or equivalent experience (Engineering, Smart Building, Sustainability, Energy Management)
• 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in solutions selling
• Proven track record driving and closing complex sales opportunities
• Strong working knowledge of TSSO services including engineering, smart building technologies, and sustainability operations

Pay

$140,000 – $170,000 annually
