Technical Services Representative

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the Building Envelope Industry, recognized for delivering innovative, high-performance solutions to the residential construction markets.

About the role

This is a highly field-based position where you'll be the technical expert for your territory. You'll work closely with contractors, applicators, distributors, and consultants, helping customers specify, apply, and maximize the performance of the company's product systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting on jobsites.
• Delivering product demonstrations and applicator training.
• Building long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, and key industry influencers.
• Working closely with the Sales Representative and product teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, solving problems, and becoming a trusted partner to their customers.

Requirements

• Experience in building envelope products.
• Strong knowledge of insulation, building science, coatings, roofing, or any technical products.
• Experience with equipment such as Graco, PMC, or similar systems is a strong asset.
• The ability to deliver technical presentations and product training.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A self-driven, organized approach with the ability to manage a large territory independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southern California (approximately 70%).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers throughout Southern California.
