About the role

This role will lead all technical consultation, engineering support, and quality assurance activities related to the upgrade, revamp, and lifecycle support of reciprocating compressor systems and engines. This role ensures technical excellence, drives customer satisfaction, and oversees effective claim and quality management across service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical, Engineering, or Industrial field.
• 10+ years of technical support, troubleshooting experience with high-speed and slow-speed gas compression equipment.
• 10+ years experience in a large multi-site organization, preferably in the oil and gas, energy transition service industry.
• 3+ years experience in claims management and customer negotiation.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with international business practices and regulations.

Skills

• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Spanish is a plus.
