Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs for franchise owners, managers, office staff, and service professionals.
  • Provide technical guidance and operational support related to pest management, equipment, application techniques, and service quality.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including pesticide licensing, certification requirements, and communication of regulatory updates.
  • Assist with evaluating new products, equipment, and service offerings through field testing and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service protocols, operational resources, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate technical training events, onboarding activities, and certification programs while maintaining training materials and learning management system content.
  • Track training effectiveness and service quality metrics and maintain technical resource libraries and knowledge management systems.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Customer service focus with a franchise-first mindset.

Education, Experience, & Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2–4 years of experience in pest management, technical services, training, or operations support.
  • Certified pesticide applicator or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
  • An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in mosquito or general pest management is preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Experience supporting franchise operations is preferred.
