Key Responsibilities
- Aid in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs for franchise owners, managers, office staff, and service professionals.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support related to pest management, equipment, application techniques, and service quality.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including pesticide licensing, certification requirements, and communication of regulatory updates.
- Assist with evaluating new products, equipment, and service offerings through field testing and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service protocols, operational resources, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate technical training events, onboarding activities, and certification programs while maintaining training materials and learning management system content.
- Track training effectiveness and service quality metrics and maintain technical resource libraries and knowledge management systems.

- Customer service focus with a franchise-first mindset.
Education, Experience, & Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–4 years of experience in pest management, technical services, training, or operations support.
- Certified pesticide applicator or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
- An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in mosquito or general pest management is preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Experience supporting franchise operations is preferred.
