About the role
The Technical Service Supervisor 2 is responsible for overseeing the technical service department, ensuring high-quality customer support and service delivery.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the technical service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage customer relationships, resolving issues and providing technical solutions.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to improve service standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical service role, preferably in the construction or industrial machinery sector.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
