About the role

The Technical Service Supervisor 2 is responsible for overseeing the technical service department, ensuring high-quality customer support and service delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee the technical service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolving issues and providing technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to improve service standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar products and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical service role, preferably in the construction or industrial machinery sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
