About the role
We are seeking an experienced forklift Technical Service Specialist. Reporting the Director of Service, this position will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional after-sales service to our valued dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to technicians and forklift dealership personnel.
- Conduct onsite forklift troubleshooting and trainings at dealer locations as needed.
- Assist with the development of service policies and procedures.
- Handle customer technical inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain meticulous records of all repair and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in technical aftersales service in dealer workshops, preferably forklift.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
