About the role

We are seeking an experienced forklift Technical Service Specialist. Reporting the Director of Service, this position will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional after-sales service to our valued dealerships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to technicians and forklift dealership personnel.
  • Conduct onsite forklift troubleshooting and trainings at dealer locations as needed.
  • Assist with the development of service policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer technical inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in technical aftersales service in dealer workshops, preferably forklift.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license.
