Role Description The Technical Service Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing project-level customer engagements involving a cadre of technical service professionals. The Technical Service Manager ensures we are meeting our contractual obligations, provides exceptional expertise in our software solutions, manages engagements to ensure timely resolution and efficiency, and drives the appropriate resources to solve complex issues across our customer base. QualificationsStrong background in Technical Services and Technical Support, with experience overseeing service operations and coordinating technical teams.Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, or network issues in a timely manner.Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships and managing escalations effectively.Technical Project Management experience focused on resolution of complex integrations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Familiarity with public safety software is highly beneficial.Experience in engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
