Technical Service Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to support the Head of Service in daily operations of our Service Department. This is a field-focused position, where your main responsibility will be attending sites and performing commissioning of C&I and Utility-scale PV and BESS systems. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Service in daily technical service activities
• Travel to project sites and perform commissioning of PV and BESS systems
• Test, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical and energy systems
• Ensure systems operate according to specifications and safety standards
• Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation
• Communicate with internal teams and on-site stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• Technical background in electrical engineering, energy, automation, or similar
• Knowledge of electricity, energy systems, and renewable energy technologies (PV, BESS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good time management and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site
• Driving license (B)
• Bulgarian – C2 level (fluent/native proficiency)
• English – B2 level (professional working proficiency)

Nice To Have

• Experience in commissioning or field service
• Background in renewable energy or energy industry
• Basic knowledge of automation and control systems
