About the role
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of industry experts to showcase programming skills through design, documentation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance of software deliverables.
- Plan, design, develop, and test user interfaces and user experience components for products, including websites, software, hardware, and tools.
- Operate the company’s internal data communications, applying experience to plans, design, and implementation of local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP).
- Support, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with vendors for installation.
- Work on project implementation to meet end-users' needs.
- Analyze complex business problems to solve with automated systems, identify gaps, and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system and solution functional specifications.
- Oversee the installation and customer acceptance of solutions and system integration, fostering effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Present solutions to executive leaders of prospects within an established geographic territory, expanding solutions for existing customers.
- Identify leads, educate prospects on solutions in person and through virtual presentations, and provide exceptional support to existing customers.
- Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing, analyzing, and writing test standards and procedures, and maintaining documentation of test results.
- Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for customers.
- Manage company financials, ensure regulatory, safety, and compliance, and enrich the employee value proposition through administrative support, accounting, HR, and facilities management.
- Leverage theoretical learning to fuel innovation alongside seasoned professionals through real-world experience with meaningful projects and hands-on work.
