Technical Sales Support With Program Manager
About the role
The Technical Sales Support - Program Manager bridges the gap between customers, sales teams, engineering, and project delivery. This role provides technical and commercial support during the sales process, manages customer programs from opportunity through execution, and ensures successful delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by providing technical solutions and product expertise during customer engagements.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations.
- Cook up with engineering, product management, operations, and manufacturing teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Manage customer programs from quotation through project execution and delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead customer meetings, technical reviews, and program status updates.
- Prepare cost estimates, pricing inputs, statements of work (SOWs), and technical documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.
- Support contract review, change management, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, delivery performance, and customer experience.
- Prepare regular management reports, KPIs, and program performance metrics.
