Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will enjoy a fully remote role, working from a home office or anywhere with internet access. You are expected to bring your own tools (BYOT) — such as a reliable computer, phone, and outreach software — to effectively connect with clients and manage your pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess proven B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or technology services with 3+ years of success.
- Thrive in a commission-only or high-commission environment, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing the entire sales process from first call to closing deals.
- Regularly update the team on your pipeline status, closed deals, and forecasted sales.
- Stay informed about the latest offerings in the portfolio and industry trends, and quickly learn new products or services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience in telecom, IT, or technology services.
- Experience working with a master agent or selling solutions like network services, cloud, or software.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills, including creating effective sales scripts and adapting pitches on the fly.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
- Highly organized in tracking leads and follow-ups, with experience using a CRM or other tools to manage your pipeline.
- Familiarity with a broad range of technology solutions, especially those offered through our supplier portfolio.
- Reliable home office setup with a computer, phone, high-speed internet, and preferred sales outreach tools.
