Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required
- Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills
- Preferred: Salesforce experience
- Preferred: Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings
Skills
- Client Partnerships: Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals
- Growth: Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TKE proven sales strategies and marketing tools
- Team Player: Work side-by-side with operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience
- Knowledge: Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients
- Project Management: Take ownership from the sales process through installation including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met
