Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required
  • Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Preferred: Salesforce experience
  • Preferred: Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings

Skills

  • Client Partnerships: Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals
  • Growth: Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TKE proven sales strategies and marketing tools
  • Team Player: Work side-by-side with operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience
  • Knowledge: Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients
  • Project Management: Take ownership from the sales process through installation including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met
