We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Also we kept the "About Nalco Water" description? We omitted that; maybe we should include it under About the role? The About the role section currently includes intro and role description but not the company description about Nalco Water. The posting includes a paragraph "About Nalco Water" describing the company's impact. That is substantive and should be preserved. Where to put? Could be part of About the role (maybe after intro). Or we could add a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those list, we could incorporate it into About the role section as additional paragraph. That would preserve content.
Thus modify About the role paragraph to include both the intro and the About Nalco Water description.
Let's capture About Nalco Water text: "In a world with increasing water shortage and contamination challenges, Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, helps customers conserve more than 161 billion gallons of water each year. We work with customers across the world in the light industry (institutional, food & beverage, transportation and manufacturing), heavy industry (chemical, power and primary metals industries), paper and mining operations to reduce, reuse, and recycle their water while protecting their systems and equipment. Nalco Water provides the unique opportunity to work with a broad suite of technologies to deliver automated monitoring systems, data analysis and deep technical expertise to increase efficiency, sustainability and performance for our customers."
Add that as a second paragraph under About the role.
Now ensure we didn't miss any other substantive content: The training description after "As a trusted partner..." could be considered part of Benefits or maybe we
