Key Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell Moldex3D Product/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach potential customers through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coincide sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports on salesforce
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2+ years of sales or technical experience in plastics, injection molding, CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), CAD/CAM software, engineering simulation, or a closely related technical field
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Highly self-motivated, with natural ability to work independently, but a great team player
