Technical Sales Coordinator, Reliability & Condition Monitoring USA

About the role

This is not a quota-carrying sales job. You will be the person next to the CEO who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks: you prepare the technical material before a meeting, you follow up after it, you keep the pipeline honest, and you turn a plant visit into a proposal the customer can say yes to. Our outbound engine already generates conversations. Your job is to keep them alive: answer replies, follow up with people who go quiet, keep every contact and next step in HubSpot, and get involved with existing customers to strengthen the relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads and existing users by email and phone. Persistence with people who do not answer is a core part of the job.
  • Prepare quotes and customized proposals: equipment lists, sensor counts, scope, pricing, and the write-up.
  • Conduct technical surveys at plants: asset inventory, criticality, mounting points, access, photos, and installation conditions, then turn that into a proposal.
  • Deliver a standardized product walkthrough in meetings, with the CEO stepping in to lead the commercial conversation.
  • Keep CRM accurate: every contact, next step, and document, every day.

Requirements

2 to 5 years in a customer-facing technical role: inside sales or technical customer service at an industrial distributor or OEM, applications or proposal engineer, service or project coordinator at an industrial services company, parts and service sales, or technical account management.

Qualifications

You know rotating equipment and plant systems: pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, fans, bearings, seals. A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or an equivalent hands-on background.

Skills

You have lived in a CRM or ERP every day and you like it when the record is right. You have built quotes or proposals that had to be tailored to a specific customer. You write clear, short, native-level English, and you speak it clearly and fluently on the phone and in person. You will be the local point of contact for our customers' plants. Attention to detail and order are your defining traits. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Magnolia / The Woodlands area, with a driver's license and availability to visit plants up to 30% of the time.

Benefits

  • Quarterly bonus tied to activity and quality of execution, not to closed revenue.
  • W-2 employee, health insurance, paid time off, travel expenses covered.
