About the role
The Technical Sales Consultant supports the local Milwaukee sales team across various security and communication systems including fire alarm, camera, intrusion, ERCES, and access control projects.
Responsibilities
- Selecting the most suitable products for customer needs
- Conducting site visits to assess requirements
- Collaborating on system layouts
- Creating comprehensive bills of materials (BOMs)
- Developing pricing proposals for the sales team
- Representing the company in front of customers
- Participating in sales meetings
- Building strong relationships with both the sales team and clients
- Training the sales team on basic system layout design, product knowledge, and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
