Responsibilities

  • Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork.
  • Unboxing and setting up new machines.
  • Update settings on Machines.
  • Calibrate machines based on guidelines.
  • Assist with machine installations as needed.
  • Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field.
  • Complete assigned training and certifications.
  • May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally.
  • Act as a back-up to the warehouse team as needed.
  • Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ and NET+ Certifications or willingness to attain certifications.
  • Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Schedule

Although this position will start onsite in our shop, the intent would be to move into a client facing field service position.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.
