About the role

Talentful is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-senior level hires across technical disciplines, while also providing strategic support to senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop your team, offering operations support and career development.
  • Create a tailored team culture and set and monitor targets for your team's performance.
  • Track your team's performance through data and reporting in line with client needs.
  • Motivate and encourage your team to deliver the best service.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-senior level hires.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across various departments within Talentful and your client to forecast, provide insights, and deliver detailed reports.
  • Provide a consultative approach to improve the sufficiency of the internal business model.
  • Identify and optimize ways to work smarter and define processes to make an impact for your client and Talentful.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience leading from the front, recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing a team with ambitious hiring goals.
  • Strong team management capabilities, driving team delivery and success across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames.
  • An ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
  • A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy.
  • Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model.
  • Background in recruiting Tech talent.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in a similar role with a global organization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
