Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews for technical and cleared positions supporting federal government contracts
- Manage complex interview calendars
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the ATS
- Support Recruiting efforts for positions requiring security clearances
- Coordinate New Hire Requests for offer packages, pre-employment screenings, background investigations, and pre-on-boarding activities
- Support Recruiting compliance activities with Federal Contract Requirements, OFCCP regulations, EEO guidelines, and company policies
- Coordinate generating Recruiting reports and maintain recruiting metrics to support business objectives
- Partners with Recruiter Leads and Hiring Managers to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency
- Support Pre-Proposal and Proposal efforts by engaging with targeted candidates to determine qualifications and obtain required documentation, as well as providing pricing realism for execution and delivery post-award
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required. Degrees in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, Political Science, Government Affairs, and Engineering are preferred
- 0-2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR experience, preferably supporting federal government contracting
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workable, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Able to manage confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and federal hiring compliance requirements
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required
- Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), Civilian, or Federal Government recruiting
- Familiarity with security clearance processes (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI)
- Experience supporting proposal recruiting or surge hiring efforts
- Knowledge of federal labor laws and government contracting regulations
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment

Pay
$45,000.00 to $55,000.00 annually
