Technical Recruiter, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for infrastructure roles, from initiation to offer acceptance
• Conduct structured intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify and define search criteria
• Build and nurture pipelines of specialized infrastructure candidates, focusing on passive talent
• Collaborate with teams to refine interview processes and evaluation tools
• Develop expertise in specific infrastructure domains to identify suitable candidates
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and input to aid recruitment decisions
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, especially in infrastructure or technical engineering sectors
• Ability to engage in technical discussions about relevant infrastructure domains like Kubernetes and cloud networking
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers for intakes and interview design
• Strong independent judgment on candidate quality, able to manage multiple complex searches
• Demonstrated sense of ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in the company’s mission and its significance in AI infrastructure

$240,000 – $295,000 annually
