Tria Federal is seeking a driven, ambitious, and curious entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter who is eager to launch or grow a career in technical recruiting. You'll receive mentorship from experienced recruiters while supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts for some of the most sought-after technology professionals in the industry. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of active-duty military service with an Honorable discharge.1–2 years of recruiting experience supporting full-cycle recruiting OR3–4 years of professional expereince in a high-performance role where you demonstrated success by meeting quotas, KPIs, or performance metricsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable learning new technologies and technical terminologyExperience working in collaborative, Agile, or rapidly changing environmentsMust reside in Maryland, Washington, DC, or Northern Virginia (Maryland preferred)Ability to work onsite once per week (Mondaysin Woodlawn, MD); two to three days per week during onboarding and training Responsibilities Partnering with the Talent Acquisition manager to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planningManaging the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptanceSourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channelsConducting recruiter phone screens to evaluate technical aptitude, communication skills, motivation, and overall fitCoordinating interviews and maintaining communication throughout the hiring processCreating an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship managementManaging candidate pipelines while balancing multiple requisitions and competing prioritiesMaintaining accurate recruiting activity within Greenhouse.Understand recruiting metrics, hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goalsCollaborating with the Talent Acquistion Manager to develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positionsStaying current on technology hiring trends and market conditions Preferred Skills & Capabilties Self-motivated and results-drivenNaturally curious and eager to learnCompetitive in achieving recruiting goalsComfortable speaking with executives, engineers, and candidates at all levelsResilient and persistent when faced with difficult searchesOrganized with exceptional follow-throughAble to build trust and lasting relationshipsAdaptable to changing priorities and hiring demandsExcited to build a career recruiting technology professionals supporting meaningful public health initiatives Why Tria?
