Technical Recruiter, Early Career
About the role
This is a role for a builder: someone energized by the question of how to find and cultivate exceptional emerging talent, who gets excited about crafting programs and experiences that don't yet exist, and who sees employer brand, candidate experience, and assessment design in an AI era as creative problems worth obsessing over.
Responsibilities
- Own Notion's early career strategy end-to-end alongside a team of talented teammates — from how we reach communities to how we evaluate potential, develop talent, and convert interns and new grads into the next generation of Notinos.
- Work closely with our Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and People teams.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during their Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiter experience, with meaningful exposure to early career, university, or program-based hiring.
- A builder mentality — you're most energized when creating something new, not managing something established.
- Genuine curiosity about how to find and evaluate emerging talent; you're always experimenting with new sourcing channels, assessment formats, and candidate engagement strategies.
- The ability to move between strategy and execution; you can design a program and then run it.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort with data — you use it to make decisions, spot patterns, and make the case for what's working.
Skills
- You've built or contributed to an early career program from scratch.
- You've experimented with non-traditional sourcing or evaluation approaches and can speak to what you learned.
- You're deeply familiar with the early career talent landscape in engineering and technical roles.
- You use Notion and love it — you get what we're building.
