Technical Recruiter, Early Career

About the role

Notion is looking for an Early Career Recruiter to reimagine early career hiring. This role involves designing and running recruiting programs, discovering talent through non-traditional channels, building evaluation frameworks, and shaping employer brand and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and run internships, new grad pipelines, and 0-2 years from school pipelines
• Experiment with communities, hackathons, open-source, AI-native sourcing tools, and creative outreach
• Build assessments that reveal how early career candidates think, learn, and create
• Partner with Communications, Design, and People to articulate why Notion is the best place to launch a career
• Coach and equip hiring managers and interviewers to assess early career talent with nuance, fairness, and high standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiter experience, with meaningful exposure to early career, university, or program-based hiring
• A builder mentality and genuine curiosity about finding and evaluating emerging talent
• Strong instincts for employer brand and candidate experience
• The ability to move between strategy and execution
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to use data to make decisions, spot patterns, and make the case for what's working

Qualifications

• Built or contributed to an early career program from scratch
• Experimented with non-traditional sourcing or evaluation approaches
• Deeply familiar with the early career talent landscape in engineering and technical roles
• Uses Notion and loves it

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $151,000 per year, based on location, role scope and complexity, and experience and expertise.

Schedule

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).
