About the role
Presidio is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support a critical hiring initiative focused on building our go-to-market sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting Engineering (Data Engineers, Product Engineers, Cloud Architects, AI Engineers, etc.)
- Deliver 20+ successful hires over a 3-month engagement, balancing speed with quality
- Partner closely with Engineering Leaders to understand business priorities, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and market mapping—going beyond inbound applicants
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination
- Manage offer processes, including candidate negotiation and offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking within the ATS and recruiting dashboards
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Presidio, delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and risks to delivery timelines
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a technical environment
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives under tight timelines
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior Sales stakeholders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, results-oriented contract role
- Background recruiting for B2B technology, managed services, or professional services organizations
- Experience hiring across multiple regions or territories
