About the role
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent for open positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough research on target industries and companies
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Prepare and deliver effective job descriptions and interview questions
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
- Manage candidate relationships and follow-up
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of ATS systems and applicant tracking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in tech industry preferred
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and trends
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
