We're hiring a Technical Recruiter for a full-time opportunity based in Somerville, MA with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. You'll play a key role in scaling the organization by recruiting top engineering and business talent while helping build the people processes that support long-term growth. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with executive leadership, and help shape the company's hiring strategy, culture, and employee experience. Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth startup environments
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining a high hiring bar
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions
- Employer branding and recruiting marketing experience
- Experience implementing or managing HRIS platforms
- Exposure to compensation planning or organizational design
- Experience with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)

Pay
$85,000–$140,000 Base Salary
